The staff were all accommodating, exceptional.

It's near a store, Harper's Ferry, and a basketball tournament. the room we booked was of great quality and brand-new. the breakfast had lots of options, including eggs, sausages, and hot waffles. the check-in process was easy.

The lady at the desk who checked us in was very nice and very helpful

House keeping did not replace coffee or cups. The lady at the desk when we checked out on Sunday morning did not even enquire how our stay was. The room was not very clean. The air conditioner was off in common area. Cigarette burn/stains on bathroon counter top and bathtub.

The recently renovated hotel in Kearneysville provided a pleasant stay. the room was well-equipped with functional AC and very comfortable beds. I truly enjoyed the breakfast options of eggs, sausages, and hot waffles. the location was convenient, close to an outlet and convenience store, gas station, and basketball tournament. everything was great at Quality Suites Martinsburg, making it my top choice for my next visit.

The location was OK since we planned to visit Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown. However, there were not many restaurants nearby.

Upon checking into our room, we had to call the front desk. The bed did not look like the sheets had been changed and the couch cushion had a big tear in it. We were moved to another room and given a small credit to our bill. Hallway carpets were stained and dirty.
